Privacy & club data

European Fixture Network uses the details you submit to review membership and club-profile claims, respond to callback requests, and arrange relevant fixture introductions.

Your search stays private.

We collect your name, role, work email, phone number, club and any fixture requirements you submit. Requests are held in private storage accessible to EFN’s site administrators. Your contact details and plans are not displayed in the public club directory. Relevant details are shared with another club only when arranging an introduction with your agreement.

Club listings and crests

Directory information comes from public football-club records, Wikipedia and Wikidata. A directory listing does not indicate membership, endorsement or a verified contact. Club crests remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify clubs. Profile claims are reviewed before verification.

Site services

Vercel hosts the site and stores submitted requests in a private store in Frankfurt. Club searches query Wikidata. Location searches query Photon by komoot; the place name entered is sent to that service. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses. A short-lived hash is used to limit repeated submissions.

Access, correction or removal

Use “Request a callback” on the homepage to request access to, correction of, or removal of your submitted details. Include the same work email so EFN can identify your request. Requests are reviewed by EFN staff; claiming a club does not automatically grant access to other people’s details.
